The Centennial Photographic Company was formed by William Notman and Edward Wilson, editor of the Philadeplphia photographer. The company, which employed 100 members of staff, was active in Philadelphia circa 1876-1890. It sold stereoscopic views. The firm had a monopoly on photographs taken at the Philadelphia Centennial International Exhibition (Cooke 1994, p.788-789). | |||
