S.E. Jacobson established a photographic business in Port of Spain, Trinidad, circa 1899. He had previously worked in New York for forty years (Macmillan 1909, p.129). In 1905 his studio was at 32 Frederick Street (Collens 1905, p.95). By 1906 he had moved to 23 Frederick Street (Collens 1906, p.110). Jacobson was still located at 23 Frederick Street in 1914 (Collens 1914, p. 210). Jacobson does not appear in the 1915 edition of 'The Trinidad and Tobago yearbook' (Collens 1915). | |||
