Albert M. Kerr was a commercial photographer active in British Guiana (now Guyana) and Trinidad.

Kerr had a photographic studio in Water Street, Georgetown in 1906 ('British Guiana directory and almanack for 1906', p.151 and 345). In 1909 Macmillan gives Kerr's address as 'Corner of America and Hincks Streets' (1909, p.304). However, 'The Argosy handbook of British Guiana...' lists him at 30 Cornhill and Hadfields Streets (1909, p.250). Kerr is listed at 30 Cornhill and Hadfields Streets in the 1910 edition of the same handbook (1910, p.396).

Kerr was active in Trinidad by circa 1914. In the 1914 edition of 'The Trinidad and Tobago yearbook', 'Kerr's studio' is listed at Duke Street (Collens 1914, p.210). By 1919 he had moved to 38 Frederick Street (Franklin 1919, p.91 (Advertisement section)). By 1920 he had moved to 40 Frederick Street (Franklin 1920, p.118 (Advertisement section)). By 1922 he was also working as a fingerprint photographer to the Trinidad government (Macmillan 1922, p.229). Kerr appears to have remained in business at 40 Frederick Street until circa 1940 (Franklin 1940, p.9 (Trade Directory section)).
