Percé Tappin was a commercial photographer based in Barbados. He established a photographic studio in Bridgetown in 1918 and in 1922 had a studio at 28 Broad Street. He had previously spent eleven years studying and practising in New York City and elsewhere in the United States. Tappin was a member of the International Photographers Association and represented Fox Film Corporation of New York City (Macmillan 1922, p.388). | |||
