at this court it is shown by the homage that Rich Parker lately a customary tenant of this same manor after the last court and before this court died seised in his demesne as of fee of and in certain customary lands held by copy of a roll of this court who the same said Rich before his death surrendered the aforesaid premises by name all his customary lands into the hands of the lord by the hands of Wm Dashe instead of the bailiff in the presence of Thos Smyth and Robt Crowe two customary tenants of this manor the same testifying according to the custom of the manor to the use and behoof of his last will and testament the tenor of which same said testament concerning the premises in these english words viz all the rest of my lands and tenements by what name or names soever they be called or known both free and copy I give and bequeath unto Eliz Parker my daughter and to her heirs forever as by the aforesaid testament produced here in court bearing the date 29.12.1618 and proved under the signature of the ordinary of this area it is clearly shown now also the homage present that after the death of the aforesaid Rich the father and before this court the aforesaid Eliz Parker being aged 1year6mths and the only daughter and next heir of the aforesaid Rich died seised of the aforesaid premises with appurtenances in her demesne as of fee and that Margt now wife of Hugh Potter Agnes now wife of Jn Bullock Jane now wife of Thos Machin and Ann now wife of Jn Kent sisters of the aforesaid Rich Parker are aunts and the next heirs of the aforesaid Eliz and should have the right to the aforesaid premises upon which to this court came the aforesaid Margt Agnes Jane and Ann and humbly sought from the lord admittance to the aforesaid premises to whom the lord by his aforesaid steward granted thereof seisin to them to have to them and their heirs forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and they gave to the lord their fine and were admitted thereof tenants of the lord
