and also at this court it is shown by the homage that Rich Wade after the last court and before this court died seised of one cottage and 5a of land more or less parcel of Burtons as is it now divided and being in the tenure or occupation of Hen Wade elder son of the aforesaid Rich held by copy of a roll of this court and furthermore they say that the aforesaid Hen is the next heir of the aforesaid Rich and should have the right to the aforesaid premises being of the age of 21yrs or thereabouts now to this court came the aforesaid Hen Wade and humbly sought from the lord admittance to the aforesaid premises as they are now in the tenure or occupation of Hen Wade himself to whom the lord by his aforesaid steward granted thereof seisin to him to have to him and his heirs forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine and made fealty and was admitted thereof tenant of the lord
