whereas at a view with court here held friday being 9.4.1619 Margt Potter wife of Hugh Potter Agnes Bullock wife of Jn Bullock Jane Machin wife of Thos Machin and Ann Kent wife of Jn Kent were shown the next heirs of Eliz Parker deceased and that they should have the right to certain customary lands held of this manor of which the aforesaid Eliz died seised in her demesne as of fee upon which at that court they were admitted to the aforesaid lands to hold to them and their heirs and also at that same court the aforesaid Jn Bullock and Agnes his wife and Agnes herself lawfully examined surrendered all and singular their right and interest in the aforesaid premises to the aforesaid Margt Jane and Ann and their heirs forever and upon that they were admitted as by a roll of that same court it is clearly shown now to this court came the aforesaid Thos Machin and Jane his wife and Jn Kent and Ann his wife the aforesaid women lawfully examined according to the custom of the aforesaid manor and surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of the aforesaid steward the aforesaid parcels of land viz 5r of land parcel of one croft containing 6a2r lying next to Wildfeild upon the southern part of the said 6a2r as it is now divided with dools and other crofts of land containing 3a2r of land sometime built upon adjoining to the said croft containing 6a2r and one parcel of aldercarr containing 2a of land parcel of the lords aldercarr called Oxenfen as it is clearly shown and divided by the metes and bounds to the use and behoof of Margt Potter and her heirs forever to whom the same said Margt the lord of the aforesaid manor by his aforesaid steward granted thereof seisin to have to her and her heirs from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord etc and she gave to the lord her fine and made fealty and was admitted thereof tenant of the lord
