whereas at a view with court here held friday being 9.4.1619 Margt Potter wife of Hugh Potter Agnes Bullock wife of Jn Bullock Jane Machin wife of Thos Machin and Ann Kent wife of Jn Kent were shown to be heirs of Eliz Parker deceased and that they should have the right to certain customary lands held of this same manor of which Eliz Parker died seised in her demesne as of fee upon which at that same court they were admitted to the aforesaid lands to hold to them and their heirs and also at that same court the aforesaid Jn Bullock and Agnes his wife and Agnes herself lawfully examined surrendered into the hands of the lord their rights and interests in the aforesaid premises to the aforesaid Margt Jane and Ann and their heirs forever and thereupon at that court they were admitted as it is clearly shown now to this court came the aforesaid Thos Machin and Jane his wife and Jn Kent and Ann his wife the women lawfully examined according to the custom of the aforesaid manor surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his aforesaid steward the aforesaid parcel of land illegible text crofts of land lying beneath the park now disparked parcel of a tenement sometime Parker's whereof one head abuts upon a croft of this manor called Carters Croft and the other head thereof abuts upon a lane leading from the kings highway as far as illegible text to the use and behoof of Margt Potter her heirs and assigns forever to whom the same said Margt the lord by his said steward granted thereof seisin to have to her and her heirs forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord etc and she gave to the lord her fine and made fealty and was admitted thereof tenant of the lord
