whereas at a view with court her held friday being 9.4.1619 Margt Potter wife of Hugh Potter Agnes Bullock wife of Jn Bullock Jane Machin wife of Thos Machin and Ann Kent wife of Jn Kent were shown to be the next heirs of Eliz Parker deceased and that they should have the right to certain customary lands held of this same manor of which the aforesaid Eliz Parker died seised in her demesne as of fee upon which at that same court they were admitted to the aforesaid lands to hold to them and their heirs and also at that same court the aforesaid Jn Bullock and Agnes his wife and Agnes herself lawfully examined surrendered all and singular their rights and interest in the aforesaid premises to the aforesaid Margt Jane and Ann and their heirs forever and upon that they were admitted as by a roll of that same court it is clearly shown now to this court came the aforesaid Hugh Potter and Margt his wife and Jn Kent and Ann his wife the aforesaid women secretly and lawfully examined and acknowledged by the aforesaid steward according to the custom of the aforesaid manor and surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of the aforesaid steward the aforesaid parcel of land viz one parcel of land with a barley barn and buildings thereon built lying upon the northern part of a close containing 6a2r of land lying next to Wildefield and containing 5a1r as it is now divided with dools and also the northern part or parcel of the lord's aldercarr called Oxenfen containing by estimation 4a2r with ways appurtenances pertaining or belonging to the same to the use and behoof of the aforesaid Jane Machin and her heirs forever to whom the same said Jane Machin the lord of the aforesaid manor by his aforesaid steward granted to her seisin thereof to have to her and her heirs forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and she gave to the lord her fine and made fealty and was admitted thereof tenant of the lord
