| Lombardi and Co. was a commercial art and photographic firm. The company was active in England from the 1870s. It was originally based at 113 King's Road, Brighton and 79 West Street, Brighton. However, from 1893 to 1895 it had a studio at 13 Pall Mall East, London (Pritchard 1994, p.81). The company was possibly at this address from 1884. At one stage Lombardi was in partnership with Fry (possibly of Elliott and Fry). In 1896 Lombardi, Caldesi, and Co. occupied 13 Pall Mall East. This company moved to 27 Sloane Street in 1900-1901. In 1899 the Sloane Street studio was occupied by Lombardi, Eugenio, and Co. (Pritchard 1994, p.81). | |||
