caption: Model of a wooden gong or xylophone in the form of a high narrow trough with a long projection (oblong in cross-section) at each end, one of which is carved into a mithan head blackened. Three figures of men are carved on each side, standing on a ledge, with a block in each hand hammering the gong. Their hair and girdles blackened. Two square holes one above the other are carved in the body at the mithan head end. Made by the brother of the Ang of Longkhai. Konyak, Wakching village
