This stands on the range of hills directly opposite the Khonoma valley and although the Khonoma itself is just out of sight one can see Jotsoma straggling down its spur. |

The village is the smallest I have so far visited and as a result three of its Khels (Horotsuma, Chakuma and Seyatsuma) are now for all practical purposes a single unit while two others (Kesinoma and Kiditsuma) have also amalgamated. Each unit has a gaonbura and each is responsible (18) for a gate. |
