text: Besides the carvings which form a permanent part of the house structure, a few houses contain serrated poles and Y shaped posts. These poles are 5 to 8 feet high and are marked by corrugated incisions on one or more of their sides. The Y shaped posts have a pair of breasts on each of their forks.
