text: Jelhumo, Lusoe, Chakoti, Kazu, Mitzomi, Topusu, Pulehumu, Husotzu - all received figures, none had gone on columns - all had taken heads.
text: Choie Angami - a grave effigy beside his house - little parapet of stones - 3 rows of rounded stones - his women - killed by the Japs - was asked to give information about how many British were coming - said he did not know - on this the Japs beheaded him and threw his corpse in the jungle - never recovered - day the figure is put up the whole village (genna).
