text: | (d) In July 1903 Sotoyemi started to raid Yezashami, but were stopped by the headman of Inato's village. Yezashami then prepared to attack Sotoyemi, Yezami and Lochumi, but first asked the Subdivisional Office of Mokokchung if they might do so. As the question of extending our boundary was then under consideration Mr Williamson told Yezashami to wait, and they obeyed his orders. |
