text: July 22: Semas at war with Changs and Sangtams, HOUPU (Sangtam) lost 9 heads to Semas in May 22 and also took 30 heads from Tsingarr. But later when Semas attacked HOUPU they lost 14 heads. Four Yacham men sentenced to two years R.I. each for killing an Akhoia cow.
