S.D.O's 1239G dt. 5/2/23: Yungya took head of a Kamahu man on our side of the Dikhu and used Tangsa as base - S.D.O. allowed by Govt. (Feb.23) to visit if culprits not given up. Yungya refused to give up the 4 men responsible. |
