C.C's no. 1974 A.P. dt. 9/7/29: Sanctions visit of S.D.O. to Shakchi if orders are not obeyed, but reference is missing. The reason was that Shakchi raided Saochu while their leaders were in Mokokchung and after promising S.D.O. a few days earlier that they would not do so. Fined 200/- ten mithan and red cloths. Sanctioned see above.
