text: S.D.O. 641G dt. 11/8/38: Seven Totok men went to fish in the stream which is the boundary with Longmien. Longmien fired on them killed one and took his head although the Morung concerned Chingha had always been at peace (but Chingkhu and Chingnyu had always been at war). S.D.O. asks if he may demand surrender of the shooter or else fine one gun and 3 mithan. 719G dt. 30/8/38.
