text: 1166G dt. 5/12/42: Phamching Morung of Nian shot a man of Aopao. Although peace had been sworn. Phamching Morung of Yungya shot and killed Nian woman. Both should be burnt. Expedition was sanctioned no. 577X/43 dt. 11/2/43. Nian and Yungya were burnt in April 1943. S.D.O's tour diary attached.
