text: D.C's 1646G dt. 26/6/1941: Asked for expedition. Ukha burnt in Nov. 39 when Pangsha burnt as it had helped massacre Agching when 96 heads were taken, only Govt. guns saved a massacre this time. G.S. refused H.E's sanction and said S.D.O. was wrong to have issued a general warning to trans Yangnyu villages not to raid control area.
