The control of the Borduria-Namsang Area. |
text: |
I have been to Borduria but not to Namsang, and the people of Borduria are without exception the most unpleasant lot of opium sodden degenerate Nagas that I have ever met. Namsang, I imagine, are much the same. From the map it looks as if Sadiya were administering villages to the East of Namsang and that they will have to be administered. If it were decided that the Wakching area were to go to the new tract, it might be possible to include them in the Wakching Subdivision and this would, apparently, form about half of the new tract and help administration. But I have not seen the North part of this area and do not know how the people compare with the Nagas of the Naga Hills. |
