text: D.C's 802G dt. 14/5/41: Reported Honroure (Sq. 273) had taken two heads from Kyutsu-Kilong (Sq. 10). Hon. in 1938 had taken oath with Semas not to make war on the Yimtsungre and hence S.D.O. told to settle if possible.
text: S.D.O's 289G dt. 5/6/41: Khuzukhu of Shothumi was responsible - a noted intriger and hence S.D.O. was empowered to fine both Khuzukhu and Honroure.
