text: Longmien refused to pay the fine of 2 buffaloes. But if the authority demands it - the Longmien will pay the fine - but - even after that they will raid Totok. Even if the Longmein are not fined still they will raid on Totok as a continuing for before hand.
text: So Chingai Dobashi says it is useless to fine them, rather other methods should be adopted to stop the war between Longmein and Totok as the authority thinks fit.
