text: In many Yimchungr villages only one big drum and a number of little 'empty' morungs in each khel - when a head taken, it is kept in the morung for a night - all the party sleeps there - next morning taken to the head-tree - sleep near it so as to guard it - Cheshorr has only burnt out drums and no 'little' morungs - because it has given up head-taking - owing to constant fires drums and little morungs are not being replaced (Cheshorr, Huchirr).
