text: Girls and women dancing in with men - 1 man 1 girl 1 man girl - a running stride out with the left, a little hop or shift on the same foot, a stride back with the right, a little shift with the right while the left swings back and again goes striding out - altenations of striding movement and little shifty pauses - hands - four short beats followed by one long of same value - clockwise.
text: Dancing dress - thin rectangular aprons (cf. Semas - square shaped). The same Sema red baldric of silky goat's hair - boar's hair circlets (optional - with cane helmet) - cowrie belts - in addition a dark blue cloth worn round the buttocks like a pair of tails sewn together.
