text: A dispute about fishing rights in the Dikhu River - Yongyimdi said that Chuchu were encroaching. In Dec. I ordered all 3 villages not to fish the river in the disputed place pending orders in the dispute. On 5th Jan. I was told that on receiving my order Chuchu immediately went and fished.
