text: | The first part of the march lay down to the Dikhu river. When Dr. Hutton went along this same track to Tuensang in 1923 at the very same time of the year, this formed the boundary of the administered territory. Now the frontier lies further on in the tumbled hills, and villages which were truculent in his day are now friendly and reliable. |
