text: Our walk took us through the new totally christian settlement to Yongyimsen which we had left aside on our way to Mokokchung. It is remarkable because it is built on sheer rock. The houses of the upper khel stand on a narrow ridge along which the road leads. Most of the inhabitants are christians and together with the gaonburas I was received by the minister, an Ao wearing shorts and a purple jacket. Only one of the gaonburas, the only "heathen", was wearing full ornaments. I then photographed him in front of one of the morungs in a variety of poses including with the minister (film 19)
