text: In the meantime one heard words from the house which were spoken with a raised voice and in a solemn tone. The deceased was told again and again "are, enter the land of the dead, do not be afraid when you are asked whose son you are you say Dukta the son of Ngamang". (for Konyak texts see notebook 2 p. 74, notebook 3 p. 111). Now the coffin is carried into the house.
