text: It was almost dark when I was called to come to the Ang morung where the Ang himself and two gaonburas had finished the slit drum intended for me. It has turned out bigger than I anticipated but it is well made and has all the end carvings of a real drum. The price was also quite considerable. The moon looked onto the village from a slightly cloudy sky.
