text: For this and other acute pains a genna is made for which the owner of the land on which the ill person believes to have been attacked sacrifices a chicken on that spot. Head, wings, feet and entrails as well as ginger, salt and chilli peppers are offered to Ghawang although he is not directly called upon. The participants in the sacrifice then eat the remains of the chicken. No one is allowed to refuse his piece otherwise Ghawang too would not accept the offering "as Ghawang sees us at every moment he is close to use although we cannot see him".
