text: Lem-ang himself speaks of eleven tigers which accompany him and formerly there were even twenty but as he says on the other hand, that his tiger now is old and doesn't show himself for fear of being shot it does seem as though (64) he has a particularly close affiliation with one tiger. In his dreams Lem-ang goes into the land of the dead which is similar to this world but in some respects it is better. At least the people there are happier.
