text: Women and children sat in the sun in front of their houses while the young men were chewing betel on the platforms in front of the morungs. They do not have to go far for the pan leaves as this dainty green plant grows in front of each of the two men's houses up along a tall slender tree trunk. The girls and women now bring water and high bundles of wood and to my surprise they do not mind being photographed
