Pass the morung which is not especially remarkable we continue uphill in between houses, when suddenly there is a view which makes my heart beat faster. In an open space stand two trees close together, one of them covered with white blossom, a mound of stones partly standing, partly lying down, piled up around these trees, the biggest one of them as tall as a man. Not far from it rises the Ang morung on the highest position of the mountain ridge and directly adjacent to an abyss of several hundred metres deep. In front of it is a place to sit with several flat stones on one side and a little menhir in the middle. |
