text: After our return we went to the village Chongtore with Williams and Smith. It makes a better impression than the poor Lirisu but one does see numerous people with goitres and apparently there are more retarded people around than elsewhere. In Chongtore the streets are partly so narrow that the far projecting gables overlap widely. The forked posts are of the usual sort.
