The Longshi-hai khel which is in fact a village in itself falls into two parts which are clearly demarcated. A narrow, uncultivated strip, runs between them and each of the two parts has a rampart along this strip with gates and so is actually properly fortified towards the other part of the village. I even saw a lookout post on a tree at this internal line of fortification. The names of these two village halves are Lishingam and Boniugam. The Miho lives in the latter but he acts for the entire khel. |
