text: I went back to the fields again around ten o'clock. I met Dzemang on the way and we went together. Two Bala boys and six Bala girls were walking with him. They all were going to work on the field of one of the boys. It was a splendid morning and not yet hot. Again we passed through the old fields and across the stream which runs towards Chintang. Still on this side of the stream we came past the field, the border of which is the cause of a big disagreement between an Angban and a Bala man. Yesterday the affair was settled by the gaonburas. I must try to hear more about it.
