text: On our way home an interesting matter was brought up by Shankok quite by coincidence. His mother first was married to an Angban man but was having an affair with Shouba, Shankok's father. Shankok however as the son of his mother's spouse was born into the Angban and therefore was considered to be an Angban male for a short while. But his father said: "Is my son to grow up in the house of another man?", abandoned his first wife and took in Shankok's mother and Shankok himself. He paid high compensations both to her husband and to his first wife, more than twenty layas to the former. He tore down his old house and built a new one.
