text: Soon afterwards Bisho came and told me that tomorrow they would hold a genna because of the earthquake. Furthermore he told me with a lot of secrecy that he wanted to tell me about all sorts of other matters which the other men either had not mentioned or had talked about incorrectly. Apparently some clans are "great" clans and others are "small", but he could not say this in front of people from the small clans. Although he goes on and on not much comes out of it and I only discover that the Nokhang are considered to be "Ben", that is "small clan", and had arrived in Namsang only later. (218) However they entered the Honghahu and Hanghahu clans. Yanbaihu means "dao brandisher clan" and its members make daos. A man of the Yanbaihu takes the first stroke when felling a tree for a drum and finally he dances on the drum. Only towards midnight the chatty old man finally leaves me.
