text: I heard some new things about traditions of origin from Shopong and another Tanhai man. They stand firm in their opinion that their ancestors had come from the plains along the Dikhu and had first settled in Chinglong. Only the Kongan people had come from Yengyudang. Furthermore they said that the first human who emerged from the pumpkin 'Maikokwen-niu' was small and dwarf-like, about as tall as a five year old child, and they knew those people as 'Anaudankoh'.
