text: In former times Totok and Wakching were enemies. In order to bargain for peace the people of Totok finally were willing to become 'sons' of Wakching. They promised a tribute of rice to be given to the Ang and the Oukheang morung and set up a stone in front of Wakching's Ang house to emphasize the treaty.
