text: This afternoon the gaonburas came together in the Balang to decide about yesterday's fight. Finally the Oukheang was given a fine of 5rs. By forcefully interrupting the dance of the Angban men who were dancing in front of the Oukheang and by chasing them away in front of the women watching and all the guests from other villages, they have embarrassed them considerably and have to accept the fault for the fight, although it is admitted that the disputed dance belongs indeed to the Oukheang and that the Angban is actually not justified in dancing it. Indeed the Angban is supposed to have hardly any dances of their own and are always picking up those of other morungs.
