text: Last night the men gathered in the morungs and ate pork which individuals had presented. My tent had been fastened carefully but a renewed proof of its firmness was not necessary. Although again we had a thunderstorm with a heavy shower and thunder bolts which made me fear for a repetition of yesterdays events but it all passed by.
