The people of Chongwe were born of an elephant (came out of an elephant). He doesn't know if any other villages came with them or split off. Informant is a very old man from Chong-we. |

The Chinglong came up with Wanching and went up and up the Yang-mien, - then they lived at Mongnyu, - then they turn right to the Piang-Kon and then turned round then settled at Hong-ha, -then they went to Mehok on Chinglong (59) land. |
