text: The informant is a hiba. In his dreams he goes to the land of the dead. It is in the sky (not under the ground); and resembles in every detail to the Naga country, the villages are exactly the same and the dead men cultivate and reap rice. (63) There are many villages with many Angs. Who was an Ang becomes again an Ang, who was Ben becomes again Ben. The dead marry and have children.
text: Sho-bong sees in his dreams also Ghawang. He is very tall and of white skin, a long beard - with long hair on his chest like that: (SKETCH P.63
text: When Sho-bong climbed up the stairs Ghawang said: "I shall make the moon disappear - then a tiger swallowed the sun and the moon". Sho-bong also saw how Ghawang touched the strings on which the earth is suspended from the sky and thus caused an earthquake.
text: There are only two in Ghawang (Hagang's) house: (65) Hagang - who is like a white man, and another being who is dark like a Naga. Hagang is dressed with one white cloth, his hairs on his breast are black, - one can't see well his hair on his head as the latter is wrapped up in a white cloth.
text: Sho-bong knew before that there will be a fire in Wakching and that the Bala morung will be burnt. He also foresaw the present epidemic in Wakching and Wanching. (66) There is no village near Hagong's house. In the earth live the Gashi - they are many - men and women, and are exactly like the Nagas.
text: Long-hung-wong - is a village to the south-east, and the Ang of this village is the greatest in the world - Not even Government has reached it, but Sho-bong goes there in his dreams. And there is a village Long-tung-wong in the west, - the Ang of (67) this village is equally great. (He sees in his dreams that the Europeans come out of the sea). These two Angs rule all the men and talk about how to govern the world and they try cases. He sees these two Angs in his dreams.
text: At night all the hibas and hinins meet in heaven. Some times they meet in the west, sometimes in the east.
text: He meets Lem-ang of Kongan and goes with him. (68) He once went across the frontier with Mr. Lambert.
