text: (71) Disputes are settled by the Ang and two Neangbas, (The two Neangbas are of Doalim and Niemlim clan), the former is of Wang-hem-ba and the latter of Longokoa. They impose fines and get the fines paid.
text: If a man steals from another man rice he is fined a pig, which the Ang and the Neangbas divide. The owner of the rice doesn't get.
text: In the same way a man is fined by adultery 10-20 Rs. or pigs, or daos, - but the offended husband doesn't get anything of the money.
