text: October. Village foundation.
text: Five or six years ago a new village was built near Chen by Nauwang, one of the lesser Angs of Chen, together with one of the lesser chiefs of Sengha. Consists about 20 houses from each of the villages, Chen ask that the village should be forcibly broken up and each lot of men ordered to return to their own villages. The village is apparently more friendly than Sengha.
