text: Words said by old man when killing chicken for counter-magic against the magic which made Melo ill: [konyak] (111) Altogether three chickens are killed for this magic. They are eaten by the old man (clan eldest) who has killed them. The head of one chicken is put up on a panji in the jungle.
text: The figure is stabbed with a panji in the breast, the throat, the mouth, the eyes, the head, the arm pits, the head is not cut off. Then it is burnt together with two of the chicken heads under the path to the village.
