(15) 24/9/1936 Borjan Informant: We-an of Dishi-hu. First the Khankai morung was built, then the Lingba. Kongon was founded by a man of Laktuhu clan. With him came the Pem-long-hu clan. Yong-wan of Pem-long-hu built the Lingba morung. Two years ago the Chingha morung built an off-shoot in order to increase their number. They saw fortune and found out that if they build (16) a morung on that spot their number would be increased. Chingha and Lingba have together one Rhemba, Shunbar, a Wakching man who originally came from Chui. If he dies without children they call again a man from another (any other) village. Khang-kai and Yong-sha have one Rhem-ba, Ang-men, also a Wakching man. |
